To start training, you can either book a free consultation or register online through our website. During this process, our team will help you select a programme suited to your goals, age, and experience level. Once enrolled, you’ll receive guidance on session schedules, memberships, and access to our facilities.
No prior experience is necessary. Our programmes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Coaches tailor exercises to your ability to ensure safe and progressive development.
Youth & Adolescent sessions: typically 6–12 athletes per group.
Adult sessions: generally 8–15 participants depending on the class type.
Elite/Performance groups: smaller groups to allow more individualised coaching.
