WHAT IS SENIOR ADULT TRAINING?

Our Senior S & C Training Programme is a professionally designed exercise system for older adults looking to stay active, strong, and independent.

It focuses on functional strength, balance, mobility, joint health, coordination, and fall prevention — all delivered in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Every participant trains under the guidance of qualified coaches with backgrounds in sport science, rehabilitation-based exercise, and age-related conditioning. This programme supports long-term health, independence, and quality of life.
